Month 1

September

  • Guarantee a certain number of posts per month: 2-3 a week.

  • Reply to at least one comment on your post – preferably as many as possible.

- Campaign 1: Use your anniversary as a commencement point - MDP Year in review.

Campaign 2: 5k/Marathon/Walk Challenge: Have volunteers participate and wear MDP shirts to create awareness.

Month 2

October

  • Like & comment on your posts shared by subscribers: As much as possible.

  • Reply to comments on your post: At Least half of the comments.

  • Number of videos: 2

  • Campaign 1: FACTS CAMPAIGN - Have a photo campaign with that brings up one fact relevant to potential danger to children and elderly. Follow that fact up by what MDP does to address the issue. Unicef has a breastfeeding campaign of the same style.

Month 3

November

  • Number of posts per month: At least every other day.

  • Number of posts that include questions: 1 – 2.

  • Like & comment on your posts shared by subscribers: As much as possible.

  • Reply to comments on your post: At Least half of the comments.

  • Direct messaging to the most engaged subscribers.

  • Number of videos: 3

  • Reposting popular posts: 2

  • Photo Inventory: 20

 

  • Campaign 1: Use interactive elements (facts about social topics/post a question and ask viewers to vote for an answer → follow up with a fact and ways to get involved.

  • Campaign 2: Story based short videos giving the audience insight about the nature of impact on individuals.The idea is to post pictures of REAL people who you work for - not your own employees.

Month 4

December

  • Number of posts per month: At least 4 - 5 a week.

  • Number of posts that include questions: 2 – 3.

  • Like & comment on your posts shared by subscribers: All of them.

  • Reply to comments on your post: At Least half of the comments.

  • Direct messaging to the most engaged subscribers.

  • Campaign 2: #HashTag - Who has made you smile/feel love today Campaign? Invoke Volunteer and subscriber base to upload pictures of their love ones or when helping at MDP facilities using a certain #Hashtag to create broader awareness of MDP.
